Dear all, I would like to share something with you that I believe/KNOW (was trying first not to sound conceited, interesting how that false conviction is so deeply ingrained...) is vital for our personal/planetary ascension/awakening.
What has been at the forefront the last couple of months in my personal life is the notion to release my/our attachment to individuality.
This process for me has been and still is that of studying and acknowledging the ego and its strong stranglehold on my thinking, emoting and actions. Its will to survive is powerful and in order to do that it identifies with the body and mind. My/the ego's workings has led to the demise of many many civillizations on our beloved GAIA. As the matter of fact I have led many lifes where the ego had dominated my life.....Especially one in particular, which is very hard and sad to look at, but I came to realize that it is in need to be UNCONDITIONALLY LOVED, ACCEPTED and especially FORGIVEN.
While I am writing this I feel my ego protesting in a way and at the same time being released/healed through the Unconditional LOVE from my HEART.
I would like say the following to my ego: My dear ego,
You have been a wonderful friend and powerful teacher at times through the sojourn of my life here on Gaia. You were there when I most needed you and you have taught me valuable lessons. You have helped me though very dark times where survival of the fittest was the order of the day. I thank you and salute you for that!
However, NOW the moment has arrived to LET GO and surrender into the MULTIDIMENSIONAL SELF. In the beginning It might feel very uncomfortable but I PROMISE you that there is nothing to be lost and so much to be gained.
My dear ego, I LOVE you unconditionally, I ACCEPT you unconditionally, I FORGIVE you unconditionally.

MD SELF WOW, this feels intense in a good way.....
I have had firsthand
experience on how a certain perception strongly influenced the reality that I
was living. This only became clear to me when my perception changed.
A while ago I
was of the strong opinion that my daily job (social work) was not suitable
anymore for my being and I was very outspoken about it. I dreaded going to work
and was highly convinced that I needed to change my job.
I was
convinced that the job was holding me back to live a fuller and happier life. I felt strongly that something needed to
change and that something had to do with an external event. Something outside
of myself.
I made preparations and had a plan as to when to
do it and how. But then something changed. It was very subtle. It was as if a
soft new breeze had passed through my conviction. It went unnoticed in the beginning
but the seed was planted.
I began
noticing it as it felt as if there were cracks occurring in my strongly held
conviction. I began entertaining different thoughts and emotions as to how
grateful I am for this particular job. Thoughts about freedom that comes with
it and the gratitude I was feeling when I would help a client to help him or
herself. Over time the penny dropped and I realized that I WAS creating change
for the better.
My tasks at
work didn’t change a bit. It was my perception that did. I started feeling joyous
when being at work. The relationships with my colleagues were starting to
blossom and I was more able to work from my intuition.
The cards
had been reshuffled for my feeling. Now the choice to stop or not could be made from a more
unbiased predisposition. Whereas before I was highly stubborn and my ego would
not allow any shifts in my conviction. Now the choice would be based on something
more substantial. It would be based on a much broader and clearer vision.
In
hindsight, I feel that it was a shift in my state of consciousness which
preceded the shift in my conviction. When this shift occurred I cannot tell
with certainty, but that it occurred is indisputable.
This experience really stands out for me as to how perception creates reality.

Being in the Flow?!
Intro
We are being bombarded
with this expression through a multitude of sources as it has become an
integral part of the everyday English language. Even in my home country, the
Netherlands, this has become widely used and everybody seems to know what you
are talking about. But do we really know what it means?
In this blog, I will do
my best to shed light upon this particular concept from my point of view on the
basis of my experiential knowledge. I hope it will bring some clarity as to
what it could mean to you and in this way encourage you to recognize it and
acknowledge it when it happens to you. It may even help you to see what brought
you into the flow.
So what does it mean
exactly? According to an online dictionary it means: any uninterrupted stream
or discharge; continuous progression. What comes to mind is an unobstructed
flowing river.
What happens when you
disrupt the flow by let’s say building a dam? The water starts accumulating on
one side and it stops from flowing uninterrupted. What if we look at the water
as being energy?
Bit of context
I feel that before going
further I need to provide a bit of context[1]. Before there was anything there was no-thing, which could be said to be still energy (Brahman/Divine
Father). As it is highly intelligent -for lack of better words- this still
energy decided that it wanted to experience itself i.e. manifestation. It is
said that then the still energy started flowing (Shakti/Divine Mother). It
started moving as opposed to being still. As an analogy water that is still is
the Father and water that is moving or flowing is the Mother. They are one and
the same, identical. Since then, existence is perpetually being manifested in
an uninterrupted flow or movement.
This would mean that
manifestation occurs when energy is flowing or in movement. In effect,
deductively speaking it would also mean that it has a certain direction. I will
come back to that.
My experience of flowing
How do I experience
being in the flow? For one thing, when I am writing and I am in the flow the
words are writing themselves so to speak. The writing becomes effortless and
the insights gained while writing are invaluable. Not to mention the immense
joy that I experience in doing just that.
On a more intuitive
level it feels as if I am doing exactly that what I am supposed to do at this
point in time. My heart is flowing with love, I feel alive and in alignment
with my higher purpose.
It also seems as if I am
in the state of no-time. In this state, it seems that time becomes fluid and I
am not able to determine as well anymore if 10 minutes or half an hour has
passed. My experience of time just seems to change.
Quite often than not
time passes by very quickly, which I determine in hindsight when I am out of
the flow and look at the clock. Mesmerizing!
On the level of the
energetic reality, I am experiencing a flow or a movement of energy that
desires to be expressed or manifested through my physical body.
The purity of the
expression of this energy – read uninterrupted flow – depends on ones state of
consciousness. Ones state of consciousness is like a filter[2].
Say that I would succumb
to my ego (filter) and write from the perspective that I know better than the
‘others’ – illusion of separation – and my
truth is the right and only truth. That would interrupt the flow of energy in a
way that it would distort the original information. I admit this is an
extreme example, but it illustrates the point that I am making here.
Energy is neutral and being in the NOW
Additionally to the
above mentioned context, energy in its essence is neutral. There is no judgment
in terms of good energy or bad energy. I agree that one could direct the
energy in terms of self-service at the cost of others. This however, depends on
ones state of consciousness (unity and oneness vs. separation and illusion). Having
said that, being in the flow for me is an effect of being in the here and NOW.
Let me explain.
When I am in the NOW I
am aware of my every thought and emotion. And as stated earlier everything is
energy flowing wanting to be manifested and so are thoughts and emotions. If
for example I become tempted by a lower vibrational thought that accompanies a
certain emotion, such as resentment, guilt or anger and allow myself to be
sucked into it without awareness. I will send that flowing energy out into the world
for it seeks to be manifested and eventually it will come back as such in my
physical life. Either positive or negative. It doesn’t have judgment. It is
based upon the law of energy out is energy back.
One could argue that
this is also being in the flow, however, without conscious awareness. That
means that one is not consciously aware of the fact that he is the creator of
his reality ending up potentially harming yourself and others. This is not what
being in the flow means to me.
To my opinion one of the
cornerstones of this whole awakening that we are experiencing as a collective is
about taking responsibility for your creations i.e. for your every thought and
emotion. However, that is a whole different topic of discussion.
My experience of not flowing
The situations when I am
not in the NOW and not in the flow, which would tempt me into being sucked into
the lower vibrations is when my body is tired and hungry. Especially the
combination of those two conditions work very powerfully on my being. Also
having lots of stress, not exercising and not taking the time to tend for
myself really interrupts the flow of energy in my body.
The irony of it all is
that at some point when writing this blog I fell out of the flow. However, I
kept on going ignoring the signals that my body was giving me. This off course
effected also my writing and it just didn’t read so well any more. I (ego) was
not able to admit to myself that I was out of it and then there was also the
time pressure I had put on myself. Writing a blog about being in the flow but
not being in the flow whilst doing it. I can only chuckle about it. Forcing it does not work for me. It is not
effortless. It wants to impose and control, which is not of love and joy. It
only interrupts the flow of energy.
When are you in the flow?
When being in the NOW I
am aware and able to discern as to which idea/thought/emotion is actually of a higher
vibration and feels like unconditional love and joy. This then directs me
towards following up on it (action), because naturally I want more of it! And
before I know it, I am in the flow.

Surrender
of the ‘self’ to the ‘Self’
Certain events have occurred in my life recently that
have led me to believe that my focus this year will be on surrendering. While
in one reality – old 3rd dimensional paradigm - this may sound like
as if I am giving up or that I am accepting my defeat. In my reality though
this is and feels like the next step towards Self-realization. It all depends
on perception in the end.
On one level, it does feel like as if I am being
defeated. The question that remains is then, which part of me feels like that.
My answer would be my Ego or also called small self. That part of my being has
allowed me – and still is - to experience a sense of individuality on Mother
Earth. It has allowed me to feel separate from my fellow brothers and sisters, human
or not. The ego is like a grounding point and thus part of the package deal in
order for a soul to be incarnated onto this beloved planet.
Those events made me realize on a deeper level that I –
read my ego and intellect (mind) – are not capable of and thus highly limited
in understanding the intricacies of how the omniverse works. Experientially
speaking, it is not capable of taking into account all the variables that contribute
to my ‘life’ in particular, let alone ‘life’ in general on the level of the
solar system, galactic, universe and so on. Why and on what bases do things
happen the way they happen? I honestly and irrefutably do not know. I do not
know! And that feels good! Real good! Liberating even.
Control takes on a whole different meaning. Actually depending
on the level of experience it may get obliterated all together. Ego has the
tendency to take charge of and control your life, because it has an insatiable
thirst to be acknowledged –self importance - or in other words it fears to be
left out of the equation. It fears non existence, death. What comes to mind is
the ego death experience of Sri Ramana Maharshi at the age of 16, alone in an
empty room in his uncle’s house situated in the city of Madura in India,
oblivious to its meaning and the enormous implications of it. In no way am I
claiming that I had the same experience, but I can say that I understand it on
a deeper level now as compared to before.
This doesn’t mean, however, that I relinquish my personal
power and responsibility. As the matter of fact my ego is still very active but
my awareness of its workings has shifted. The focus has shifted significantly
from power over to power within. With power over I mean the desire to control
and plan my life to a degree that it does not leave room for change. Not wanting
to leave anything to chance, minimizing insecurities, doing the most rational
thing are just several of the many indicators. It also really doesn’t help
being born and raised in Western Europe where the degree of avoiding insecurity
is very high. Although I had already embarked on the journey of following my
intuition and inner voice more and more this feels different. This feels as if
the realization has sunk into my cells as I already feel and notice the implications
and so does my partner, family and friends.
It is not fully understood though and by some even experienced as that I
am distancing myself or perhaps even experienced as that they are losing me.
For me living my life from my ‘power within’ entails
having faith and trust into being led and guided by a powerful, wise and loving
source from inside of my being. Practically speaking, this could mean that
certain guidance from within might not make sense at all at least not at that
point in time given the information that is available then and there. However,
the deep trust I have in the authenticity of the guidance, which for me comes
as the feeling of unconditional love and a knowing which starts subtle and then
becomes solidified, would make me take a leap into the suggested direction now
more than ever. It is the deep realization that insecurity is there to teach me
to be more vulnerable in order to experience the power of it; the power of an
open heart. With every step that I take into the direction of the unknown I see
that the feeling of trust in mySelf will incrementally increase. I believe that
further down the road this would eventually mean that the personal will be
aligned with the Divine will.
I feel that with every step that I take into the unknown I let go of an old belief or
thought pattern, which makes me feel lighter every time I do it.
The answer to every question is truly found within as I realized that I do not need to understand
everything intellectually.

Conversations with Suzanne Lie and the Arcturians
I was truly mesmerized when the Arcturian/Sue
guided me to feel the transmutational package in my
High Heart, which travelled upwards towards my brain (higher chakra's).
It was so incredibly tangible that I had no doubt that I had actually felt it.
Not to mention meeting the Lemurians and Atlanteans in the Heart of our beloved Gaia :).

ABOUT THE ARCTURIAN CORRIDOR 2-21-15
Sue:
Hello everyone this is Sue Lie and I’m here having a conversation with Nuri Akyol and we’re just going to have this conversation and see how it turns out. We wanted to share it with all of you, as a kind of role model that it’s absolutely fine to sit down with people that can take it and converse about what’s happening in our reality. There’s a lot of different feelings now aren’t there Nuri?
Nuri: Absolutely Sue.
Sue: Isn’t the energy so loud, so fast, so hot, and so intense? Have you recognized that?
Nuri: I have to say – in different ways. As we were talking about earlier, my dreams are more and more intense, and I’m able to remember them more. It feels as if I’m resolving some stuff. Maybe some karma is being released on a different level. There are some things going on now. It’s a roller coaster ride.
Sue: That’s interesting because I was just emailing someone that was not aware of the process. They were a newbie and wondering why they were having such unusual feelings. What I was saying was that we are opening our Portals of Ascension NOW and having to clear them out. I came in, and it was a blessing or the curse, remembering my other lifetimes. What a mess! There’s a lot of accumulated fear.
Fortunately, there is basically fear and love. Everything else is a fear-based emotion or a love-based emotion. So, people like you and me who’ve been on the path for a long time are doing the fine tuning and wondering if it will ever be done. Will we ever be done with the fine-tuning?
Nuri: We are going through the ascension consciously. So we are conscious of every little thing that is being cleared, cleansed, resolved and that takes so much dedication, commitment and patience.
Sue: Yes, underline patience. The underline is on the patience especially for people like us. I started writing about this in l993, but I can’t remember not ever going through it. I could always see these other realities and live them all. Whenever we go through and recognize and clean up our other incarnations then, not only do we clear our own Ascension portal, but we also clean up the mess we left in Gaia’s ascension portal.
So let me first define our Ascension Portal. Our Ascension Portal is within our own physical body, inside of our kundalini, which is in the core of our spine and 3D brain. Then, we expand our consciousness into the core of Gaia to connect the core of our own Ascension Portal in the core of our core TO connect that with Gaia’s central crystal within Her core. Every time that we make this connection, we go higher and higher in our consciousness then we are able to pull more multi-dimensional energy thru our core, Ascension Portal and into the core of Gaia’s Ascension Portal.
Nuri: Yes, that’s a very important part that you touched upon. In the beginning before I began participating in your Multidimensional Leadership School I was very focused on my personal Ascension. Although, by focusing on your personal Ascension you do serve the Planetary Ascension. However you made me understand on a deeper level and it resonated with me that I’m here to assist Gaia to Ascend. And that struck a very deep cord inside of me. It felt like truth and was also accompanied with a sense of Peace.
Sue: Yes because you’re not alone, you are with the whole planet, the wonderful being of Gaia.
Nuri: Yes, yes and that was empowering somehow for my being and I’m very grateful for that. So, we are living it consciously. Every little step we go up on the ladder of consciousness – Jacob’s ladder of consciousness. We are conscious of every little thing. I’m sure there are parts of it that we don’t live consciously which is also good, because I don’t have to know everything.
However, I say – kudos to us. Do you know what I mean? We are brave enough to be here at this particular time and taking on this grand new experiment. So I think it’s good to remind ourselves of this fact as well.
Sue: As you were saying, as we think in terms of planetary consciousness we think in those terms of unity consciousness. Before I was able to realize that this was a planetary event I felt very isolated. I felt cast adrift on a hostile planet. But then as I began to realize that I/we/all of us that have chosen to incarnate at this time, and we have actually been carrying the essence of our whole multi-dimensional self within us. The Arcturians have said this many times.
We chose to take an imprint from our Galactic self, that we already are, and placed it into our earth vessel. Our earth vessel is a hybrid of our Galactic Self and our physical self. When we combine that fact with our planetary self, then we are firmly grounded to can bring in a lot more energy. If we are just bringing in a little bit of astral energy we don’t need to be that grounded. But if we’re bringing in fifth/sixth/seventh/eighth dimensional energy, we have to make sure that we are grounded or our little Earth vessel.
These are really high frequencies. When we connect with Gaia in a deep way we move into Unity Consciousness. That is a very important thing because I don’t know what the percentage is of the awakened ones, but each of us alone are not powerful enough to be able to make that difference in Ascending the Planet. But because we are awake and multidimensional, our numbers don’t progress 1, 2,3,4,5. They progress log rhythmically, exponentially. So, 1, 2, 4,8,16 etc.
I’ve also heard that the light quotient of those that are awakened is ten times stronger than those who are not awake and probably much stronger than those who are members of the cabal and lost and in the darkness. Thus, the key is to connect with each other.
Nuri: And with Gaia at the same time.
Sue: And with Gaia, absolutely! Gaia helps us to remain unselfish and helps us to keep our higher consciousness to move into Planetary consciousness and begin to realize that we are not just the physical form that we are wearing, we are ALSO the Planet that we are living on.
Nuri: Yes, exactly. First, I’m also in the process of reading
right now and the process is remarkable.The more I read, the more I get to integrate my Multi-dimensional Self.The more I read, the more I get to know myself.It’s as if certain patterns or codes are being activated and it’s a remarkable journey. The infusion of higher vibrational information into my being is amazing.
Secondly, I would like to make a bridge to the Arcturian Corridor because I’m at that part in the book where I’m reading about the Arcturian Corridor. What also resonated with me was the part of that which is within, is also without. So we first need to open our personal portals and to make it as pure and cleansed as possible – dissolving the karma from past incarnations etc.
Then, the more we are able to purify our personal portals the more we are able to also connect from within and without to the personal portals of everyone else and Gaia at the same time. So there is an exponential effect as well it seems. Do you have any thoughts on that?
Sue: Yes definitely. It’s about the states of consciousness that we’ve been talking about a lot.
Nuri: Do you have any thoughts on how the Arcturian Corridor works, within and without, and about how it’s connected to each other?
Sue: I think the best thing to do to answer that question is to bring in the Arcturians.
Nuri: Are they knocking again?
Sue: Yes, they’re knocking again. They knock on a certain place in my brain and they say, “our turn”. I will bring them in.
Arcturians: Blessing Nuri and all who are listening to this recording. We are happy that you are with us within this NOW. We wish to share with you an example of ones experiences of in our Arcturian Corridor. The Arcturian Corridor is an immense energy field of trans-mutational packages.
As each of our Ascending ones visit the Arcturian Corridor, they align with an energy package that is specific to their individual needs. Therefore, as they enter the Corridor, it doesn’t matter what phase in their Ascension they are consciously in, as they will automatically draw to them the energy package resonates to a slightly higher frequency than their consciousness.
Now let us go back to the walking in our Corridor. The “walking-in” is much like the way you walked into your physical body. Most of you who choose to attend to our messages are amongst our volunteers who choose to walk in, to bi-locate from yourself in the Galactic and the Celestial realms into a physical Earth vessel. You made this choice, as you knew that it was the Clarion Call for ascension to commence.
Within this NOW you would begin to remember that you have a Mission. Your Mission is to assist with the transmutation of the beloved being known as Gaia. We wish to remind all of you that Gaia is not a big rock in the sky. Gaia is a living being. Just as you look at every human being and you can feel that there is an essence in that begin that makes them be alive, there is an essence within the Planet Earth that makes Gaia alive.
This essence has been greatly harmed by humanity. Therefore, we ask that all of our wonderful earth ones who receive this message to enter our Arcturian Corridor. All you need to do to walk into the corridor is to say, “I wish to enter the Arcturian Corridor.” Then you are entered. Your mere desire to enter our Corridor is all you need to gain our unconditionally loving invitation.
Now, each of you will experience the corridor according to your own personal memory, multi-dimensional recollections, and experiences of your personal life. And, as you enter the Corridor you will begin to feel that something is a little bit different. Have you noticed that Nuri? You have said, “I’m in this corridor now and something’s different.” These things, sensations, feelings and thoughts that are different cannot be explained through your third-dimensional brain.
They are completely foreign from anything that you have every experienced in your physical lifetimes because you are in a fifth dimensional energy field. The best way to raise your consciousness is to live in that state of consciousness. Just as they have said that if you want your children to be loving – love them. If you want your children to be kind – be kind. If you want your children to be respectful of all life – be respectful of them and all life that they are surrounded by.
When you move into the Arcturian Corridor you move into an energy field that is one-hundred percent based on Unconditional Love. Now Unconditional Love can serve a bit like a
Roto-rooter. Unconditional Love will move into your consciousness and your third-dimensional vessel and bring to the surface everything that stands in the way of the Ascension Process of yourself and of the Planet of Gaia.
As all of these obstacles come to the surface so that you can identify them and love them free, then your consciousness will steadily move into higher and higher frequencies. Since your state of consciousness sets the frequency of your perceptions, you will increasingly perceive confirmation that you are transmuting back to your Lightbody.
Just as if you are in a very depressed mood and look out at the world, it will look violent and frightening. You will only see the third-dimensional boring tasks that you will have to do. On the other hand, as you expand your consciousness into the frequencies of the higher fourth and fifth dimensional you begin to realize that you are not just one person inside of one body. You begin to remember that you are ONE with all life. Not just all life on Gaia, but with all life.
But first you begin to realize that you are one with all human life. Then you begin to realize that you are one with all Planetary life, then ONE with all life in the Solar System life, then all life within the Galaxy and even the Universe. You are NOW are in that process of immense expansion of your consciousness.
By being in the Arcturian Corridor, which is a place that you contact within your core, is not something that is outside of you. The Corridor is also inside of you. Do you remember when you thought that your higher frequency self was above you, and your lower frequency self was below you? Now, you are discovering that they are both inside you.
In the core your spine, in the core of your Kundalini which is alive within your spine, you are already the living expression of your full multi-dimensional self. It is the process of bringing this memory out into your physical reality and into you inner reality where you enter absolutely safe and can totally reveal express your light and love for all life.
Nuri: I’m envisioning sort of a cocoon. This cocoon provides very safe circumstances in which you can release what needs to be released. Is it correct to say that in this cocoon you are being carried and nurtured by this Unconditional Love and it provides you with all the security softness and subtleness to connect with your core?
Arcturians: Yes, absolutely. Within the Corridor there is no beginning or ending for it is multi-dimensional. When we find a planet that is ready to begin its process of Ascension we surround the planet in the same manner as you were speaking and create a cocoon of our Corridor around the Planet. According to humanity’s sense of time “recently” formed this cocoon around Gaia. There has been certain occurrences that have given us the message that there are enough beings, a proportionately small amount of those beings are humans, that are ready for ascension into the higher frequency realities.
The lowest frequency humans that have been known as the Cabal, are being released from the Planet because they are not able to withstand the energy field of the Arcturian Corridor. One of the important things that occurs when the Arcturian Corridor cocoons the planet is that many people can’t” take the heat.” so to speak. Therefore they agree to leave the planet.
Because Earth it is a free will planet we can’t go in and say, “Alright you’re out of here. You have to leave.” But they can say, Wait, this frequency is too high. I can’t do this.” Then we will tell them that we are happy to take them into a lower frequency area in which they gradually prepare to expand their consciousness into the higher dimensions. Those who are not consciously able to recognize their darkness will suddenly find that they are somehow off the planet and in a lower dimensional version of reality.
Nuri: And that’s already happened.
Arcturians: It is indeed occurring within the NOW.
Nuri: And more and more I suppose. Is it also correct that there are different intensities as well within the Arcturian Corridor itself depending upon one’s state of consciousness?
Arcturians: Yes, as we have said, there are packages of energy. we say energy packages because it is not sequential, it is not bound in time and all occurs within the NOW. Each energy package comes into a being energy field once they have absorbed, learned from and integrated the prior energy package. In this manner, no one becomes overwhelmed and everyone safely moves into a slightly higher frequency of reality. Each energy package, thoughtform, is high enough to put you into challenge but not high enough to cause you stress.
Then as you adapt to and integrate each frequency of energy, you release that energy package to accept the next slightly higher frequency energy package. In this way, you move through higher and higher frequencies. It’s almost as if you want to swim in the ocean, so you put a few toes into the water until you get used to it. Then, after a while the water is not so cold and may even feel warm, so you can swim into deeper water and feel fine.
Sue: Those of us that are allowing ourselves to surrender deeply into the Ascension process are realizing that it is a process of letting go, letting go, letting go. Because as we moved through this experience of “letting go,” we are in the corridor and all of our past histories of darkness, fear, anger, all of these situations and all of our conscious and unconscious thoughts are coming to the surface to be released. We can’t lie to ourselves any more. It’s right there. So then all we have to do is say,
“I Love You Unconditionally, blessings be and I let you go.”
It is about transmuting all of the fearful feelings within us. That part is not as difficult for those of us that those who have been on the path for a while because we are ready and eager to transmute our life. We’ve been working on it for along time and to be able to transmute it on an energy field instead of as a situation is a huge relief.
What is happening is that we are coming into a state of alignment, and we are more peaceful and calmer. Therefore, our emotional body is calming down. What’s happening is that because our emotional body is calming down, the connection between our 3D brain and our multi-dimensional mind is opening. We are starting to get these mental frequencies that would have burnt out our brain if we weren’t in this state of peace and harmony.
Nuri: It makes so much sense. It actually already feels like my brain is short-circuiting.
Sue: Absolutely, I feel the same way. We know when it starts to short-circuit because we get anxious or depressed. That’s when we need to say, “Okay enough! Now I’m going to have some fun, now I’m going to watch a movie, now I’m going to visit a friend, now I’m going to take a walk, now I’m going to garden in the yard – enough”.
We have to stop and integrate. Then when it’s all integrated we’ll feel it and say “okay, ahhh, I can breathe now, so I’ll take on a little bit more”. But if we just keep taking it on and don’t integrate it into our consciousness, thoughts, emotions and dailylife we’ll be so nervous and so hyped up that we can’t ground it. Then we will stop taking it in because it’s not grounded. You see, there is a automatic “breaking system,” so that we don’t become too overwhelmed.
Most important, we must remember that we are not doing this for our own selfish desires. We are here for the planet. So everything we gain we ground into the planet, not just so our physical bodies are safe but because we love Gaia. Gaia needs our help and we lovingly share our experience with Her.
Nuri: Absolutely. It’s interesitng and thank you for that. It provides a reference point and enables me to be more in the NOW. It reminds me that when I feel that my brain is “short circuiting,” I need time to do something joyous, take a walk or watch a movie. That’s good to know. Thank you.

TRANSCRIPTION OF THE JOURNEY
Suzanne Lie: I am perceiving the Arcturians who are higher me as a kind of Light cloud, could of Light, sparkling Light cloud. The Arcturian just reached out and touched my heart. More like a lightning bolt if you understand. I’m being shown New Earth but it’s very hard to translate it.
Do you want to ask some questions and help me translate it down? I just know I’m being shown it but it’s not perceptible to my third-dimensional perceptions.
Nuri: How is the Nova Earth or New Earth perceived through our higher senses?
Suzanne Lie: It’s as if now for me it’s a feeling of a knowing similar to the feeling of a knowing when I am in communication with higher dimensional beings. I have a clearer vision of myself on the ship because I have written it. When I’ve written it I’ve run the experience through my 3D mind? And so therefore my 3D mind is more able to create pictures.
Nuri: Would you be able to describe your physical appearance on Nova Earth?
Suzanne Lie: It’s a Lightbody. It looks humanoid. It doesn’t have the details of the physical form. For those details have to do with the construct of that 3D frequency. Within this 5D frequency everything is flowing. Right now I’m only calibrated to my Lightbody, so perhaps if I were more calibrated to my physical body I could see more of the rest.
My Lightbody is androgynous. Me, and/or my compliment and I, can choose to have the illusion of separation, but the connection is always continuous. This is much like it is with my husband who is my compliment. He’s actually meditating right now so that’s interesting. I’ll have to ask him what his meditation is like.
So now I’m going back to the image that I’ve already seen of myself. It’s almost as if I’m on a ledge and I’m still in that dark place – it’s almost as if – the darkness before the Light. So this place, this threshold, is very dark. It’s much like it’s midnight. But we can perceive each other because we can see the Lightbodies.
I’m thinking that one of the reasons why it’s so dark is so that we can get that juxtaposition. Because it is dark we can better see the Lightbodies. This place is what we call threshold Earth, threshold Gaia - whatever we choose to call it.
It’s almost like when someone is coming out of a deep pool and you reach down and help them pull themselves out of the water. So everyone needs to get there on their own, but when they get right to that final ledge – whenever that is – ah, whenever we come to a completion, before that completion we have to go through this final darkness so to speak, just to make sure that we’ve absolutely got everything.
It’s like when you move out of a house that you’re renting, and I’ve done this twice, and I left a bunch of stuff for them to take care of. But if we’re selling the house we have to get out every single thing – everything. So we have to go through this darkest night just before dawn to go into our 3D/4D self and see if there’s anyone left that needs to be assisted, any components of our Birth Contract that have not yet been fulfilled.
I’m hearing that, if we transmute ourselves before some components of the contract are fulfilled, we can fulfill them from a higher frequency. For the most important thing is for those of us who have had an ongoing physical experience and understand and know and live difficulties of the third-dimensional reality that we are somehow able to move thru that process of Ascension. Just as all the Ascended Masters left behind their journals, their books, their words and their meditations as a road map for others to follow.
I’m feeling my books are one of those things because they bring in everything - the synthesis of my mission. I’m feeling the ship so much right now. When I cross, I’m just going to touch in to New Earth, but then I need to take a break on the ship. That’s what I’m hearing. I need to go back to the ship for a while. I need to go to the Mother Ship for a while. Since there’s no time there, or on New Earth, it doesn’t matter. But this horrible homesickness that I’m feeling, I’m so home sick and it isn’t for New Earth because I haven’t experienced that yet. I’m homesick for the ship.
Within my Pleiadian and Arcturian self, my Antarian self and even my evolved Draconian self and my Sirian Cetacean self – all of us have been way past being planetary bound. Once we complete the ascension process, then we move into our mobile expression – the Mothership that hold all of our essence.
New Earth and Mothership Gaia are the same being. New Earth – fifth-dimensional Earth is not in the matrix, not in the 3D matrix. It’s not in the star maps of the third-dimension. It’s not in the matrix, as it’s in this other world. Oh my God – this other world – wow! Whew – hallelujah! It feels really good, really good. I’ve had this experience of meditation a couple of times and usually need someone to give me a boot up, so thanks Nuri for the grounding field so that I can better explain these other worlds. They are all within the Now. There isn’t time, there isn’t distance, and there isn’t separation.
It’s all within our consciousness. And the ship is our consciousness and we, all the members of the ship, work together to create the package, the thoughtform of the Mothership. Now I understand what the last articles on thoughtforms and consciousness were about.
In a way this would likely be some form of gamma consciousness - what I’m experiencing right now. It’s above the theta definitely, but it’s very quiet and I think you had a question about gamma consciousness being stiller and smaller. It’s very quiet. It’s all here now.
Nuri: Is it the void?
Suzanne: No, it’s alive. The void is alive.
Nuri: Yes, that’s what I mean.
Suzanne: Yes, yes it’s alive. But I’m still in that darker place because I still have an Earth vessel and I’m not done wearing it yet.
Nuri: I would like to ask a question about the threshold. What comes to mind is that we also talked about this earlier – about that particular moment - Intersteller the movie where the main character let’s go and dives into the black hole. Is this comparable to that scene?
Suzanne: Yes, and then he could go into the NOW of his daughter dying. He could take on a third-dimensional envelope. From this positon we can take on envelopes if we choose. And I will return to my envelope and I feel that envelope still. I’m very much in connection with my envelope because I need to keep it nourished.
I couldn’t go this long without oxygen. When I leave my envelope it will be different but I’m not supposed to leave my envelope now. I don’t want to leave my envelope now. I like my life.
The interesting thing is that when we come to the point of Ascension we have a great deal of creative abilities and we’re able to create a really beautiful and wonderful life. So people are thinking, “Oh I want out of here”. No wait a second that’s not how you get out of there because you haven’t graduated.
I can see now from here – oh I can feel the kundalini again – thank you that’s a reminder so I don’t fall back. You know I think the Theta – the Theta kundalini is where you zoom out. You know what I’m saying? The Gamma is where you are within the kundalini. Does that make sense to you? Because the kundalini is our Lightbody and we are already in our Lightbody.
Nuri: Yes
Suzanne: Theta is a journey. Theta consciousness is a journey. They call it the Shaman’s frequency. Delta is the frequency of death and people have died but came back, and they can remember their death. It’s “log-out” frequency to leave the 3D Matrix.
Nuri: So would it be correct to say that Theta is when you sit on the observers chair and Gamma would be to like dive into the kundalini and become it.
Suzanne: Yes, I would say that. And the Delta is where you release your envelope if you are ready to release it.
Nuri: Yes, okay – your body.
Suzanne: Yes, you release your attachment to your physical body. I feel this line. And I understand what they talk about the silver cord, which is actually your Lightbody cord. It is really a Light cord and I feel it. I feel that it’s connecting down through the frequencies and into the core of dear Gaia. I don’t know if I’d be able to stay if I didn’t have the love for Gaia. I mean I’m not young, I’ve had a long life, but I know I’m not done.
Nuri: I would like to ask something else. You are experiencing the threshold but you are also able to witness the actual transmutation from the threshold to being lightbody?
Suzanne: Let me tell you what I’m actually experiencing as I’m not sure how to answer that, okay? What I am experiencing is that I feel this trail. And I feel this trail inside just, as they always say. I feel it inside. I feel my whole kundalini as it has a resonance, it’s not forcing up and down like I usually experience. This time the kundalini is still and quiet. It’s that attachment. I have felt myself within that dark place before. But for me, as I don’t know if this is for everyone, but for me my first yearning and my first connection is the Mothership, I just need to go home to that home first.
And yes that’s what I will do; I’ll go home there and then my next home would be the core of Gaia with the Lemurians. Yes, that would be like “picking up the fragments” of my SELF. I am hearing that the first ones through will be “doing the editing” so to speak.
So we get to this state of consciousness and then we need to move back up to the Mothership. Then we can go into the regeneration chamber one more time, and commune with our whole reality there on the Mothership. Yes, then we could feel that wonderful Unity Consciousness that is consistent and persistent on the Ship. We could also live in the infinity beyond time.
Then, when we can experience that feeling very, very deeply. Because we are within our Lightbody form, we can go into the core of beloved Gaia to be with Sanat Kumara. He has returned to assist Gaia’s ascension and to assist the current planetary Logos, Ascended Master Kuthumi.
Beloved sweet, sweet Kuthumi is still there as the Logos and they are working with Gaia, the Lemurians and the Atlantians that were of the higher order that did ascend. They all share their information with Gaia to assist her from her core. Because Gaia ascends from her crystal core, just like we ascend from our Core, our kundalini.
Our kundalini is in a straight line because we are an up and down humanoids. Gaia’s kundalini is a circle within her core crystal because she is a circular being. She is absolutely a living being who is much more evolved than us. Gaia has completely gone beyond all need of humanoid evolution and even beyond need of evolutions within Motherships etc. She has moved now from the evolution of being a planet. As she ascends she will move into a more galactic state.
This is interesting information. Now I’m going to tell you the question that I am having and ask you to ask me, okay? The question that I’m having – okay so if Gaia, the being Gaia, is ascending from her planetary form into her next octave up which is her galactic form, then what is New Earth?
So let me get centered and I’ll have you ask that, okay? I think I got part of the answer but it helps when someone outside when to ask. I think this is the longest time I’ve sustained this frequency of consciousness. Thank you for grounding me Nuri, I don’t think I could have done this without someone grounding me.
Nuri: Given that Gaia is Ascending from her planetary form to a Galactic form, what is Nova Earth then?
Suzanne: It’s much like a Space Station. Just like humanity is moving beyond the confines of Earth and creating space stations, which we have had for a very, very long time. New Earth is much like a space station. A space station is a place that you go in between, as space ships that can only make it as far as the space station, and back to Earth, and back to the space station etc. So New Earth is a place for people who can expand their consciousness to 5D Earth and back to 3/4d, than 5D Earth and back, 5D Earth and back to 3D Earth.
Just as, oh this is interesting, just as Space Stations are obsolete to Pleiadian worlds, Andromedan worlds, Sirian worlds because for they no longer need that “in between” place, that New Earth – Space Station Earth will eventually join the Earth’s ascended Galaxy expression. Oh, I’ve read many places that New Earth would be in a different galaxy, and I couldn’t figure out how that would be.
New Earth will be in Gaia’s Galactic form. So the real New Earth is in Gaia’s Galactic form. The satellite New Earth will be within this solar system, this Milky Way Galaxy. Does that make sense?
Nuri: It sounded like New Earth is a metaphor, but could you make it a little bit more?
Susanne: The satellite New Earth resonates to the Milky Way, and it resonates to the position within it usual position in the solar system of physical earth. Now, it is the same way for Venus. If you look at the solar system, and you take a picture with your mind of the solar system, you see it as we’ve always seen it.
Then you observe this solar system with your fifth-dimensional perception and you will see that there is a fifth-dimensional Venus. There will be a fifth-dimensional Earth. Mars is working on it, as well. There is absolutely a fifth-dimensional Jupiter. The outer planets -- yes Neptune’s working on it. Pluto isn’t really part of this whole system, but the Sun is ready to transmute as well.
